Directions to Our Office at 819 Sunnyside Blvd.
While very close to the city and surrounding communities, your trip to our office is filled with spendid views of country roads and farmland. Set on 10 acres of nature's beauty, it is private and a far cry from the atmosphere of a city office building. As you travel from either direction on Sunnyside Blvd., look for either the small "HIDDEN HILL" sign or the dark blue "SOTHEBY'S REAL ESTATE" sign, and/or the "819" sign at the entrance to the property.  Opposite the entrance on the opposite side of the road is a mailbox clearly labeled with "819."  Free public parking is available during office hours at the top of the driveway on the left upper level.  The office is located in the main red building on the lower parking level.  Just look for the "Hidden Hill Counseling" sign at the front entrance.   And, oh yes, be sure to stop on your way in or out of the area at Carlton Farms (1 mile south of us on Sunnyside Blvd.) for wonderful, fresh produce grown right there, or a cup of coffee or a smoothie at the drive-through stand. 

• From I-5 (North or South)
  Take Hwy. 2 East exit, stay in left lane, and exit onto SR 204 toward Lake Stevens.  Immediately get into your left lane, and then left-turn lane, and turn left onto Sunnyside Blvd. SE. Go 1.5 miles to the property entrance of Hidden Hill on the right side of the road. Look for the small "HIDDEN HILL" sign or the dark blue "SOTHEBY'S REAL ESTATE" sign, and/or the "819" sign at the entrance to the property, go up the long driveway, and then look for the "Hidden Hill Counseling" sign at the front entrance of the main building.  Enter and have a seat in the waiting room.
  
  
• From Hwy 9
  Take Soper Hill Road going west down the winding hill to the stop sign. Turn left onto Sunnyside Blvd. Go 1.5 miles to the property entrance.   Look for the dark blue "SOTHEBY'S REAL ESTATE" sign, and/or the "819" sign at the entrance to the property where you will make a "hairpin" turn to the left and up the driveway.  Look for the "Hidden Hill Counseling" sign at the front entrance of the main building. Enter and have a seat in the waiting room.
  
  
• From Lake Stevens / SR 204
  Take SR 204 away from Frontier Village Shopping Center to 10th St. SE and turn right.  Follow down the hill to Sunnyside Blvd., and turn right. Follow Sunnyside about 1 mile to the property entrance on the right side of the road. Look for the small "HIDDEN HILL" sign or the dark blue "SOTHEBY'S REAL ESTATE" sign, and/or the "819" sign at the entrance to the property, go up the long driveway, and then look for the "Hidden Hill Counseling" sign at the front entrance of the main building.  Enter and have a seat in the waiting room.
  
  
• From Marysville--Downtown
  Take 3rd St. away from the Marysville Mall.   Continue for miles as it turns into Sunnyside Blvd., passing the Sunnyside Nursery and the Sunnyside Elementary School on your left. Continue to the stop sign at Sunnyside Blvd. and Soper Hill Road. Turn right onto the lower continuation of Sunnyside Blvd. Go 1.5 miles to the entrance.  Look for the dark blue "SOTHEBY'S REAL ESTATE" sign, and/or the "819" sign at the entrance to the property where you will make a "hairpin" turn to the left and up the driveway.  Look for the "Hidden Hill Counseling" sign at the front entrance of the main building. Enter and have a seat in the waiting room.
  
• From Marysville--Cedarcrest Golf Course Area
  Take 67th Ave. NE toward Lake Stevens.   Road will eventually make a sharp curve to the left, turning into 44th St. NE.   After a short distance, turn right onto 71st Ave. NE.   Take 71st down the hill to the stop sign.   Go straight onto the lower (farmland) portion of Sunnyside Blvd. by turning slightly to the left and then slightly to the right.   Go exactly 1.5 miles to the property entrance. Look for the dark blue "SOTHEBY'S REAL ESTATE" sign, and/or the "819" sign at the entrance to the property where you will make a "hairpin" turn to the left and up the driveway.  Look for the "Hidden Hill Counseling" sign at the front entrance of the main building. Enter and have a seat in the waiting room.

• From Monroe and Snohomish                                          Take Hwy. 2 West, staying in left lane, and exit onto SR 204 toward Lake Stevens.   After going through the stop sign, stay in your left lane and turn left at the next block onto Sunnyside Blvd. SE.  Go 1.5 miles to the property entrance of Hidden Hill on the right side of the road. Look for the small "HIDDEN HILL" sign or the dark blue "SOTHEBY'S REAL ESTATE" sign, and/or the "819" sign at the entrance to the property, go up the long driveway, and then the "Hidden Hill Counseling" sign at the front entrance of the main building.  Enter and have a seat in the waiting room.
